Marketplace Role

Florida Liquor License Market provides advertising, inquiry routing, educational information, and introductions relating to Florida alcoholic-beverage licenses, financing, and private lending. Unless separately agreed in writing, the website does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, appraisal, underwriting, escrow, or fiduciary services.

No Transaction Guarantee

Listings, prices, status, availability, market observations, financing ranges, and other information may change and may come from sellers or external sources. We do not warrant that information is complete, current, error-free, or independently verified. Buyers and sellers must perform their own diligence and confirm license ownership, status, liens, qualifications, transfer requirements, value, and transaction terms.

All alcoholic-beverage license transfers, operations, liens, and enforcement rights remain subject to Florida law, regulatory approval, and the parties' final written documents.

Seller Submissions and Fee

The $14.95 charge is a one-time listing-submission fee, not a success fee and not a guarantee of publication, buyer interest, sale, price, or closing. A submission may be declined for inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, misleading, unauthorized, or unsuitable content. Rejected submissions are eligible for a refund as stated on the seller page.

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you own the license or are authorized to advertise it. You grant us permission to format, display, and promote approved listing information while the listing remains active.

Buyer Inquiries and Offers

An inquiry or submitted offer is nonbinding unless and until the applicable parties execute a separate definitive written agreement. We may route inquiries to a seller, representative, source broker, lender, or other appropriate participant. We do not guarantee a response or acceptance.

Financing and Private Lending

Financing is subject to independent lender underwriting and documentation. Indicative 10%–12% rate language is not a commitment or guaranteed return. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to submit false information, impersonate another person, advertise without authority, interfere with website operation, collect others' data, introduce malware, evade security controls, or violate applicable law. We may remove content, restrict access, or discontinue services when reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, text, compilations, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Florida Liquor License Market. You may use the website for personal and internal business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.

Disclaimers and Limitation

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Liquor License Market will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or a transaction between users or third parties.

Florida Law and Changes

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update them prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
