When you submit a paid listing, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We receive transaction details needed to match and review the submission, but we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Our hosting and service providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, referring page, timestamps, and security or diagnostic data.

Payments and External Services

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to resolve disputes, and to satisfy legal, accounting, or operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

If you voluntarily select an SMS-consent checkbox on an FLLM website form, Florida Liquor License Market may send conversational or customer-service text messages related to the inquiry or FLLM services you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
