Financing Disclosure
Effective July 19, 2026
Florida Liquor License Market provides educational information and introductions to potential financing sources. It does not guarantee approval, funding, rates, timing, or closing.
Indicative Rate Range
The 10%–12% annual interest-rate range shown on this website describes typical private-lender terms available through the network for some qualifying transactions. It is not a quote, commitment, annual percentage rate calculation, or promise that a particular borrower will receive those terms.
Underwriting and Terms
Actual rates, origination or legal fees, payment structure, maturity, collateral, guarantees, loan-to-value requirements, reserves, closing costs, default provisions, and other terms depend on the lender, county, license type and value, requested amount, borrower, transaction structure, diligence, and market conditions.
Independent Parties
Any lender makes its own credit and underwriting decision. Unless expressly stated in signed transaction documents, Florida Liquor License Market is not the lender and does not control a lender's decision. Borrowers should compare alternatives and obtain independent legal, tax, and financial advice before signing documents.
No Bank-Financing Guarantee
Traditional banks may be unwilling to finance a quota license as a stand-alone asset, but availability varies by institution, borrower, operating business, and additional collateral. Website descriptions are general education and are not a statement that conventional financing is never available.
Regulatory and Transaction Requirements
Financing does not assure that a license transfer will be approved or completed. License ownership, operation, liens, and transfers are subject to the Florida Beverage Law, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco requirements, and final transaction documents.
